Where are the prints shipped from?
The prints are locally produced and shipped from Denmark.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is set at a fixed rate of 49 DKK (approx. 6,5 EUR/ 7 USD) regarding your location.
When do I receive my order?
Denmark: approximately 2-3 working days after shipping.
Europe: approximately 5-8 working days after shipping.
Worldwide: approximately 14 days after shipping.
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order.
Am I ensured if I don’t receive the package?
Yes, you are! As soon as your order is sent, you’ll receive a tracking number, so you can easily follow the proces. If you, unexpectedly, don’t receive your order, you’ll get full compensation or a new shipment.
Can I return my order?
Yes! We gladly accept returns and offer you 14 days of return from the date of your receipt. Please be aware though, that you’ll have to pay for the return shipping. In case you want to return your product, please go to “Returns & Refunds” in the footer menu for more information.
